It is an oasis of calm, relaxation and rejuvenation – Monastery Spa’s Vitality Room. All guests of Monastery Hotel have complimentary access to this exceptional space located at the end of the enclosed subterranean hallway that connects Monastery Hotel to Monastery Spa – you never have to go outside!.

Inside you will find a large and sun lit lounging area complete with two sunken thermal baths, one with whirlpool jets to massage your body, the second a soaking bath for pure relaxation. On your right, you will find a fully equipped gym in a glassed, temperature controlled enclosure, complete with cardiovascular, core, weight and resistance training equipment. The Vitality Room also features two European saunas, a large communal sauna located to the left as you enter the Vitality Room, and and more private, female only sauna located with the woman’s changing area. The spacious male and female changing areas feature lockers to store your possessions, showers, towel services, along with full bathroom accessories.

The Vitality Room is a favourite getaway destination for both Spa and Hotel guests – a convenient and decadently satisfying escape that promotes health, peace and revitalization.
