Nestled in the heart of old St. John’s, we can feel so far away from the noise and traffic and yet we are in the heart of everything – the perfect venue for intimate receptions and socials, live performances, film festivals, even a traditional Newfoundland time! Our events space can be configured for almost any request, with an expert staff available to help you shape your vision.
Our newly renovated main Boardroom offers premium versatility with a seating capacity of 50+ for meeting and receptions to 100+ for concerts and cocktail type receptions. There are auxiliary rooms available for breakout session, as well a 1,200 foot secluded garden deck, that would be perfect for outdoor functions.
Please note, a 3% surcharge will be applied when a credit card is used for purchases.
rates
Our base rental rate for corporate events and functions start at $499 + HST. There is a minimum spend of $3000 to waive the rental fee for all events and functions. We do require a minimum of $500 non refundable deposit to secure your reservation. The base fee includes standard accessories including rectangular tables, chairs and white table linens. To make your event special, we offer event customization services such as dishes and glassware at an additional charge.
Rates are subject to change if also booking guestrooms and/or food and beverages.
